¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
The role includes:
Process customer invoices and ensure their accuracy in compliance with company guidelines.Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.Prepare and distribute regular financial and billing reports to management.Assist in month-end closing processes related to billing activities.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments in a professional manner.Identify opportunities for process improvements in the billing cycle.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Billing Specialist should have:
At least 2 years of admin experience.Advanced English level.Good planning and organisation skills.Good communication skills and able to work independently and as a part of a team.Effective problem solver and able to proactively anticipate and react to problems.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
