Must-have Skills
* Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
* +6 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
* Strong skills in React, Next.Js, and Node.Js (SSR & CSR) with focus on UX and quality
* Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
* Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
* Experience with UI component libraries and CI/CD pipelines
* Awareness of best practices in:
* Security (e.G., OWASP)
* Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
* SEO techniques
* Accessibility standards (WCAG)
