We are a fast-growing iGaming platform operating in multiple international markets. Due to the nature of our business, traditional advertising channels are limited, and we rely on creative, data-driven approaches to scale. We are looking for an experienced Growth Specialist who thrives in non-traditional environments and knows how to acquire users outside of mainstream platforms.

What you’ll do
\n
Develop and execute alternative user acquisition strategies
\n
Identify and scale non-conventional traffic sources
\n
Work with affiliate networks, SEO, and performance funnels
\n
Test, optimize, and scale campaigns in high-competition markets
\n
Stay ahead of platform restrictions and adapt quickly
\n
What we’re looking for
\n
Proven experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or other restricted verticals
\n
Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization
\n
Experience with SEO, native ads, push traffic, email, or similar channels
\n
Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
\n
Creative thinker with a strong “figure-it-out” mindset
\n

Background in affiliate marketing or arbitrage

Technical skills (tracking tools, cloaking setups, etc.)
