Ad Operations Specialist – (Hybrid)

What you will do
* Manage advertising campaigns: trafficking, monitoring, creative upload, testing, troubleshooting, parameter set‑up, optimization, and edits.
* Coordinate delivery of social media and newsletter campaigns with internal teams and ensure compliance with brand and webmaster guidelines.
* Collaborate with Account Management and Business Development to deliver creative materials on time and in line with site ad specifications.
* Ensure all campaign goals are met, including start/end dates and impression targets.
* Provide impressions forecasts and product availability for media plans.
* Extract delivery reports from third‑party applications (e.g., GAM) to verify campaign tracking and delivery.
* Analyze campaign reports and recommend actions to improve delivery and performance.
* Identify best practices and insights for newsletters, IAB banners, microsites, and SM actions, sharing findings with the MS, Sales and AM teams.
* Have a sound understanding of Google Ad Manager usage.
What you need to succeed
* BS/BA degree.
* 6 months to 1 year of digital advertising experience.
* Campaign management and trafficking experience.
* Knowledge of ad‑serving technology, such as Google Ad Manager.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Keen eye for detail and strong teamwork skills.
* Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one other European language (preferably French, German or Italian). Programmatic knowledge is a plus.
* Working knowledge of Excel.

* Experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants.
