¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
The role includes:
- Process customer invoices and ensure their accuracy in compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial and billing reports to management.
- Assist in month-end closing processes related to billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the billing cycle.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Billing Specialist should have:
- At least 2 years of admin experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Effective problem solver and able to proactively anticipate and react to problems.
