Key Qualifications:
As an Operations Expert, you and your team are responsible for ensuring products move through the supply chain into customers' hands. You oversee the store’s entire inventory—including products, parts, tools, and supplies—and ensure your team has the support, knowledge, and resources needed to maintain product availability, perform inventory tasks, and keep the stockroom organized as new products arrive. You maintain communication with management and leadership, sharing data about product and part statuses. When new products arrive, you are among the first to open and present them to the store team. While Apple manufactures the products, you make sure they are ready for customers.
