What we look forWe are seeking a Tech Lead Platform Engineer specialized in Python and React to join our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team. You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities by leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform, harnessing cloud services (Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute a refined product backlog aligned with business goals.
Utilize your mastery of Python and React to create robust back-end and UI solutions, prioritizing performance and user experience.
Leverage tools like Terraform and ArgoCD for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvements.
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed environment.
Engage with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed service-level expectations.
Mandatory Requirements
Mastery in back-end development with Python.
Proven experience in UI/UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage.
Practical experience in cloud architecture focusing on AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform and ArgoCD.
Familiarity with continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise.
Experience working closely with stakeholders on requirements analysis and product backlog definition.
Agile delivery experience, including knowledge of testing approaches like TDD.
