Your responsibilities and impact as an Internal Technical Support Advisor (German Speaker):
* Handling internal requests regarding technical problems of employees
* Escalating complex problems to the respective higher department
* Problem analysis and preparation of summary reports

* Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
* You gained first experience in the field of technical support
