About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender position to join the F&B; Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Provide attentive and personalized bar service, preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and brand standards.
Mix cocktails and other drinks accurately, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with licensing and responsible service policies.
Maintain the bar area, including setup, cleanliness, stock management, and proper storage of perishable items.
Process all beverage transactions correctly, assisting in daily reporting and supporting smooth operational workflows.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar F&B; role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Comfortable delivering high standards of service in a premium, guest-focused setting.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage positively with guests.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
