Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for or assisting the company in organizing important internal and external events, planning, and public relations activities
2. Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and overseas departments (such as the International Business Department, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, etc.) to ensure accurate and error free communication of information
3. Responsible for administrative management in Spain, comprehensively coordinating administration and affairs
4. Assist the sales department in conducting sales activities in overseas markets, collect and analyze target market and competitor information
5. Maintain close contact with the sales team and future cooperative distributors, promote product promotion and sales channel construction
6. Coordinate sales meetings and exhibitions, provide necessary administrative and logistical support
7. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure that all operational activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies
8. Follow up and coordinate key projects of the Hungarian base, such as site selection, decoration, equipment procurement, etc
9. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of overseas base personnel, and promote team building
10. Regularly organize and report the operational situation of the Spanish office, including administrative, financial, project progress, and sales support. Based on data and feedback, propose optimization suggestions and assist headquarters in adjusting and improving the Hungarian operational strategy

Job requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, economics or related majors.
2. Experience in business operations support and financial control
3. Proficient in Spanish, English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
4. Familiar with business reports,
5. Proficient in PPT, Excel, and project management tools
6. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
