At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market for one of the most promising scale-ups in the national ecosystem, headquartered in Valencia.
What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager (Italian Market)?
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs focused on the Italian market.
Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s presence in Italy.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement coaching actions to optimize results.
Foster close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in Italy.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities within the Italian market.
Stay up to date with competitors, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What skills are required to be considered for this position?
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of Account Executives and SDRs.
Strong knowledge of Italian business culture and B2B sales processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive performance.
Results-driven mindset.
Availability to travel to Italy as required.
