In this context, we are looking to hire an administrative professional who is eager to develop their career within the compliance management area of our Legal and Fiscal division (PwC Tax & Legal) in Madrid.Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Risks and Compliance internal function, including tasks such as:
Assisting in the review procedures of internal policies and external regulations, such as Audit Regulation regarding Independence or Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.Reviewing documentation that accredits compliance with client acceptance and ongoing procedures (KYC - Know Your Client).Reviewing internal controls and preparing reports and monitoring charts.Documenting review procedures (testing) of certain controls over internal work or IT tools.Responding to professionals' inquiries regarding the application of Policies on Risks, Quality, Independence, and Compliance.Supporting internal training on these topics.Requirements :
University Degree or Higher Vocational Training is not mandatory. Courses or experience in legal, accounting, business administration, documentation management, or related fields in compliance management are valued.Languages:
At least intermediate English is required. Higher proficiency or additional languages are advantageous.Office tools:
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word. PowerBI knowledge is a plus.Workplace:
