Service Support Analyst
to join our team on an international issurance project.

remote from Spain
Description:
This role acts as a bridge between business users, IT, and external vendors, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently, data integrity is maintained, and business processes are supported end-to-end. The analyst provides functional guidance, technical troubleshooting, and is instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
You should have:
Experience supporting complex
web applications.Understanding of business data flows and data quality management.Web technologies
(.NET frameworks, Angular).Familiarity with message brokers ( RabbitMQ
or similar).Experience with authentication and authorization technologies (JWT, NTLM, Azure AD)Cloud services management
SaaS platforms.Service management tools like ServiceNow.SharePoint
user skills.Log analysis tools like
Kibana, Graphana.
Nice to have:
Batch data processing and reconciliation experience.English fluent (at least C1).ITIL V3 Foundation
(Service Management module preferred).Agile basic methodology knowledge.Service delivery oriented, focused on customer satisfaction.
