The Proving Ground Hotel Reservations Assistant is responsible for the organisation of hotel reservations in order to assign a hotel to each Proving Gound client according to their request and achieve their maximum satisfaction. 
The** duties and responsibilities** of the Proving Ground Hotel Reservations Assistant are as follows: 
- Manage hotel reservations requested by the client via PGMS or by direct request. 
- Process the hotel reservation request efficiently, to provide confirmation in the shortest possible time, notifying the applicant of any incident and proposing alternative solutions in case the requested hotel is not available. 
- Keep in touch with clients to know their needs, demands and expectations regarding the hotels and to be able to go ahead to satisfy them. 
- Maintain contact with accommodation suppliers, make regular visits to know the needs of the clients and propose improvements to hotels that serve to increase customer satisfaction. 
- Ensure that all clients receive personalized attention at the hotels and ensure that they feel they are being treated effectively and competently. 
- Manage together with the Proving Ground Hotel Reservations Team Leader any demands, problems or problems that customers may have at hotels or vice versa. 
- To keep permanently updated the information in PGMS (PG Management Software) regarding hotel reservations. 
The profile to be fulfilled by the Proving Ground Hotel Reservation Assistant is as follows: 
**Education**: 
- The required qualification is the Professional Vocational Training FPII. In case of noncompliance with the above requirements, the experience gained will demonstrate a competency equivalent to the basic training required. 
**Profile**: 
- Client oriented profile. 
- Proactive profile, being very adaptative to new environments. 
**Languages**: 
- Advanced knowledge of foreign languages, at minimum English, in order to maintain a fluid communication with clients. 
- Other Languages will be an asset.
