Key Responsibilities:
Master of Accounts (70%):
Manage the full vendor cycle, from onboarding to precise invoice processing and reconciliation within our ERP system. You’ll be the bridge between vendors and procurement, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Invoicing & Sales Support (20%):
Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to turn contracts into reality. You’ll manage sales orders, generate invoices, and ensure our customers are updated on their payment status.
Office Heartbeat (10%):
Keep the Almería office humming! You’ll assist with corporate communications, office supplies, and coordinate meetings for both internal teams and valued clients.
