PAbout the Company /ppbr/ppWe are a European health-technology startup developing a cloud-based CRM platform designed specifically for independent veterinary clinics. /ppbr/ppOur product helps clinics improve operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and increase recurring revenue through better workflow management and digital communication tools. /ppbr/ppThe platform is currently being piloted with veterinary clinics in Barcelona and Madrid as part of our market validation phase prior to national expansion. /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppRole Overview /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to lead early commercial development in the Spanish market. /ppbr/ppThis is a full-time role focused on building relationships with veterinary clinics, launching pilot programs, and supporting the transition from early adoption to recurring revenue. /ppbr/ppYou will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping our initial go-to-market approach. /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/ppBusiness Development /pp•Identify and engage independent veterinary clinics that match our target customer profile /pp•Build and manage a structured sales pipeline /pp•Conduct outreach via meetings, calls, and in-person visits when appropriate /pp•Develop long-term relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers /ppbr/ppSales Process /pp•Run discovery meetings to understand clinic operations and business needs /pp•Present the CRM solution and demonstrate its practical value /pp•Manage pilot program agreements and onboarding processes /pp•Support conversion from pilot usage to paid subscriptions /ppbr/ppMarket Feedback Collaboration /pp•Collect structured feedback from clinics /pp•Provide insights to product and leadership teams /pp•Contribute to pricing validation and positioning /pp•Help establish repeatable sales processes /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppFirst 3–6 Months Objectives /pp•Conduct 30–50 qualified discovery conversations /pp•Secure early adopter clinics /pp•Launch and manage multiple pilot programs /pp•Support predictable conversion from pilot to paid usage /pp•Contribute to validation of the commercial model /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppSuccess Metrics /pp•Number of clinics onboarded into pilot programs /pp•Pilot-to-paid conversion rate /pp•Pipeline development and deal progression /pp•Time from first contact to subscription agreement /pp•Quality of structured market feedback /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppCandidate Profile /pp•Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably SaaS or SMB solutions) /pp•Experience working in the Spanish market /pp•Fluent or native Spanish (required) /pp•Professional English /pp•Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment /pp•Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills /ppbr/ppExperience in veterinary services, healthcare, or CRM solutions is a plus. /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppCompensation /pp•Competitive fixed salary (depending on experience) /pp•Performance-based bonus linked to pilot launches and revenue conversion /pp•Commission on recurring revenue /pp•Opportunity to participate in employee stock option program /ppbr/ppThis position offers strong career growth potential and may evolve into a leadership role as the company expands. /ppbr/pp⸻ /ppbr/ppLocation Employment /pp•Spain (Barcelona / Madrid area preferred) /pp•Full-time employment /pp•Combination of remote work and in-person meetings with clinics /p
