You will support HR processes, office administration, and employee engagement, helping ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain employee records and compliance documentation. Coordinate training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives. Handle office management: supplies, vendors, meetings, and events. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting. Provide administrative support to the leadership team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. Knowledge of HR best practices and Spanish labor law basics. Bilingual Spanish/English, excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Apple tools (Docs, Sheets, Pages, Keynote).
