Company located in Sant Fruitós de Bages is seeking to hire an Administrative Purchasing Assistant .
Main responsibilities include:
* Managing client product operations, including entries, manipulations, exits, stock verification, and information control in the client’s ERP system.
* Monitoring and reviewing stored product stocks through both computer and physical audits.
* Assigning transportation and preparing documentation for shipments (CRM).
* Attending to transporters.
* Preparing and reviewing labeling.
* Managing claims.
Minimum requirements:
* Valuable: Degree in Logistics and Transportation.
* Own vehicle.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Intermediate level in Outlook and Excel.
* Intermediate level of English.
