The Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Technical Support Engineer specialising in Monitoring & Integration to join our dynamic team in Málaga. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and performance of our iGaming platform by monitoring integrations, managing system health, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA or NOC engineering and a strong understanding of modern monitoring tools and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

* System Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and integrations to ensure optimal operation and adherence to SLAs.
* Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
* Tool Management: Utilise and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
* Cloud Infrastructure: Work with AWS services to manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure components.
* Container Orchestration: Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to ensure seamless deployment and operation of containerised applications.
* Collaboration Tools: Utilise Jira, Confluence, and Slack for effective communication and documentation within the team and across departments.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in system monitoring and support processes, implementing enhancements as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a technical support, QA, or NOC engineering role.
* Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in using monitoring tools to track system performance and identify issues.
* Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS services and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
* Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
* Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Slack for communication and documentation.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have

* iGaming Industry Experience: Familiarity with the iGaming sector and its unique challenges.
* Scripting: Experience with scripting languages for automation and tool integration.
* Security: Knowledge of implementing security best practices in system monitoring and support.
* Performance Optimisation: Experience in optimising system performance and scalability.
