As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a Brand & Digital Strategy Designer to drive brand consistency and elevate our digital presence across EU markets.
Position Overview:
As a Brand & Digital Strategy Designer, you will play a key role in bridging brand strategy, digital experience, and creative execution. You will not only design assets but also help define how the JinkoSolar brand is positioned, communicated, and experienced across digital channels in Europe.
Working closely with marketing, regional, and product teams, you will translate business objectives into clear brand narratives and scalable digital design solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking beyond visual connecting strategy, messaging, and design into cohesive brand experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of brand and digital strategies tailored to EU markets.
* Translate business goals and marketing objectives into clear visual and content-driven brand solutions.
* Create and oversee high-quality visual assets across digital platforms (web, campaigns, social media, presentations), ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
* Support the evolution and application of brand guidelines and design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align brand messaging and digital execution.
* Analyze and iterate digital content performance (e.G., engagement, campaign outputs) to continuously improve brand effectiveness.
* Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and digital storytelling across channels.
* Stay informed on industry trends in branding, digital strategy, and sustainability communication to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in branding, digital design, or creative strategy roles.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and visual execution.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Solid understanding of branding, digital ecosystems, and basic UI/UX principles.
* Ability to think conceptually and translate strategy into compelling visual outputs.
* Strong communication skills;
fluent in English, additional EU languages are a plus.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance and improve creative output.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Collaborative and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
* Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or technology sectors is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
