**Department**:Marketing- The Product Manager has the objective of growing Spanish sales and improving overall profitability, implementing annual marketing plans for product range(s) for the acquisition, retention and conversion of customers.- The Product Manager Ostomy & Continence Care is a customer focus person with strong understanding of the medical device landscape and and regulatory requirements. He/she has a depth of experience driving successful marketing campaigns and will partner in a collaborative manner with Marketing (Spanish and General), to prepare and execute product launches, as well as support execution of KOL engagement thorough our programs, conduct evidence generation, and market analysis and research (evidence generation), in-life performance measurement to determine product forecast, positioning and profitability.- Essentials skills- Dynamic and decisive, as well as highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.
- The ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Ability to write and deliver training courses and materials adapting information to a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Marketing discipline, process and new product commercialization expertise
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
