What You Will Learn & Do as a Food & Beverage Trainee:
- Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations
- Support service staff in welcoming and serving guests
- Learn to set up and clear tables according to standards
- Help prepare and present food and beverages when required
- Gain experience with order taking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Observe and assist in following health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support special events and banquets as needed
- Learn guest interaction and hospitality best practices
What are we looking for?
- A current university or school student related to the industry
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
