human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Our client has created a Digital Hub, with facilities in
Sant Cugat del Vallès, that will serve the entire group internationally. With present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, so the project are international and a unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns.
We are looking for a
Events Manager Associate, where you will centrally manage and ensure the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and optimization of virtual events and webinars hosted by our global affiliate colleagues, including the campaigns aimed at driving attendance to those events.
What would your duties be?Configure and deploy event-related email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce, based on briefs provided by Event Managers. This includes setting up targeted workflows, segmenting audiences, and personalizing content to ensure relevance and engagement.Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all deployed campaigns and event-related deliverables, maintaining accuracy and consistency across them.Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to provide timely updates on campaign and event progress, flag potential risks, and ensure alignment with expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Configure and manage event platforms such as SpotMe including content uploads, agenda setup, speaker profiles, interactive features, and participant communications. Ensure platforms are fully tested and ready for deployment, with accurate templates, invites, and segmented participant lists.Extract and prepare reports from SpotMe and other platforms to support event debriefs and performance analysis.Use Jira to manage incoming requests, communicate with Event Managers and other stakeholders, and prioritize tasks based on SLAs, deadlines, and urgency. This includes logging and tracking tasks, updating ticket statuses, and ensuring efficient workload management.Collaborate closely with Event Managers across all regions, supporting a wide variety of event formats and time zones.
Which are the requirements?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events or a related field.2 or more years of experience in marketing operations, digital campaign, or event support role.Previous experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, others.Any experience with event platforms such as SpotMe, Cvent or similar is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/CMS is an advantage.Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure, dynamic situations. While not constant, the role may require adapting to changing requirements, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholder interactions.Knowledge of pharma marketing, including virtual and physical event communications and organization, is a plus.Proactive mindset with a collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working with global teams, including colleagues based in Sant Cugat.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives, interpret technical information for non-technical audiences, and interface effectively with global stakeholders.A passion for digital tools and event technology.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and grow in a global, collaborative project.The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
