Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
To understand the business environment promptly and establish effective customer relationships, you must :
* Visit potential and existing clients to generate sales leads and analyze their needs.
* Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
* Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conferences with clients.
To ensure successful project bidding, you must :
* Evaluate company capabilities to meet client needs.
* Lead tender proposal and relevant document preparation based on client RFPs.
* Determine project scope with technical and business departments based on client requirements, and submit tender proposals.
* Periodically visit clients to update requirements and allocate internal resources to revise project documents.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or equivalent.
Skills
* Good knowledge of the telecommunication business in the Spanish market.
* Good knowledge of telecommunication products and solutions, including ZTE and competitors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
