Admin, Events & Marketing Coordinator
HARD SKILLS
* Bachelor in International Business, Marketing or equivalent.
* Very high level English, written and spoken.
* Other languages valued.
* Two years of experience in international trade/logistics.
* Knowledge of office, Power BI, CRM (Clientify), WP and social media.
SOFT SKILLS
* Client focus
* Problem solving.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Building Team Spirit.
* Availability to travel
RESPONSABILITIES
* Organize / update digital files and profiles of members.
* Customer service to existing clients.
* Perform admin tasks and CRM updates for managers.
* Prepare and process documents such as reports, spreadsheets, agendas, memos, posts, presentation, etc.
* Collaborate in content creation, manage social media and marketing strategies.
