About the Role
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership.
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal & external meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups).
- Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries).
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Act as liaison with internal & external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, emails, and communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and key action items.
- Support executive events and corporate functions.
- Maintain organized digital & physical filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience providing executive support to senior leadership.
- Fluent in English + French or Spanish (written & spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable working hours due to international schedules.
- Presentable and confident in handling VIP interactions.
