Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive client acquisition and growth strategies for VT Markets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, market trend analysis, networking, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new opportunities for business expansion and develop innovative strategies to grow our client base within the FX industry.
* Pursue business development and expansion of our Introducing Brokers and Partners network.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with clients and partners.
* Build and maintain a personal portfolio of clients.
* Respond promptly to queries and provide feedback to clients.
* Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Ongoing training and support will be provided.
Required Experience:
* A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
* Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is mandatory.
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential.
* Familiarity with French or German languages is considered an advantage.
* At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is required.
* Access to personal devices suitable for remote work is necessary.
