At Axa Partners we are looking for our next Administration & Purchasing Intern to join our Procurement department.

In this opportunity, you will have the chance to get to know the network of suppliers we work with and manage from start to finish the process that is carried out with the different departments.

Some of the functions will be:

- Management of the supplier validation circuit, registration and registration of POs, request for DD documentation, follow-up of DD management, claims, interaction with the security, financial, legal, compliance and operational resilience area for interaction with suppliers to request information to facilitate invoicing.
- Management and resolution of incidents with suppliers.
- Necessary administrative and telephone tasks of the daily management.
- Documentary management of supplier validations.
- Other additional functions that may arise due to the needs of the activity and the evolution of the position and the organisation.
- Creation of reports and follow-up of supplier validations.
- Interaction with group tools and group-driven reporting.
- Data entry in the group tools of current and new suppliers.
- Review flow of Acceletaration security and Procurement framework programs.

Hours to be agreed depending on university agreement.

**Your Profile**
The position is adecuado for you, if you have:

- Possibility to manage internship agreement with your school or university.
- Intermediate/operational level of English.
- Internal / external customer orientation.
- Proactivity and decision-making capacity.
- Ability to adapt.
- Teamwork.
- Spirit of service.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Office automation, Excel, Word, Ppt.
- Planning / Organisational skills.
