We are looking for a VIP Account Manager - Italian Speaking who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English and Italian both written and spoken;
* Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills;
* Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
* Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
* Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
* Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;
* Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as a strong advantage.
