Job Description:
Overview:
Manage and oversee railway operations to ensure timely shipments, utilizing human, material, and equipment resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate personnel for unit boarding activities according to the loading plan.
2. Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate rail operations.
3. Evaluate, audit, and optimize the operational workforce.
4. Coordinate actions to minimize risks and accidents related to safety and environmental standards.
5. Train personnel on activities, procedures, and safety instructions to reduce errors and damages.
6. Plan human resources to meet client boarding objectives and support other sites if needed.
7. Generate weekly and monthly KPIs for management review.
8. Update and monitor training progress in the system.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
* Experience in assembly line operations, especially in automotive or mechanical sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation skills.
* Preferably a 4-year degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
* Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
