What will you do?
•Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes.
•Llevar el equipaje de los clientes a la recepción y/o a sus habitaciones.
•Estacionar los vehículos de los clientes.
•Aconsejar a los huéspedes sobre lugares y atracciones turísticas.
•Ejecutar tareas de atención al cliente en servicios como la reserva de tickets, taxis y mesas de restaurante.
•Informar de los servicios del Hotel.
•Acompañar a los clientes hasta su habitación para explicar el funcionamiento de luces y otros servicios.
•Entregar diarios y llevar comida a las habitaciones.
•Realizar rondas de seguridad.
•Repartir el correo.
What are we looking for?
• Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Alojamientos Turísticos o similar.
• Experiencia: no requerida.
• Idiomas: inglés, valorable otros idiomas.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, hostelería.
• Persona activa y enérgica.
• Habilidades comunicativas.
• Orientación al cliente.
