Media ADgo is an international digital agency founded in Barcelona in 2012. We operate globally, delivering comprehensive online marketing solutions that merge performance marketing with brand-building strategies. Our strength lies in combining creativity with data-driven insights — we believe that effective advertising must be measurable and impactful for our clients' business growth. As part of our continued expansion, we're seeking a Business Development Manager who knows the digital landscape and can build long-term partnerships with leading media agencies and direct advertisers across Poland and Europe. We're looking for a driven, connected, and entrepreneurial professional passionate about innovative digital advertising who will help us scale our business and client portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for digital campaigns (email, display, rich media, native, push, SMS/MMS/RCS).
- Build and grow a portfolio of key clients – media agencies, advertisers, and publishers offering cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Proactively acquire new clients in the Polish and European markets.
- Promote integrated digital marketing solutions combining performance and branding activities.
- Collaborate closely with planning, creative, and operations teams to ensure tailored campaign delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events (e.G. IAB Forum Poland, Zjazd Reklamy i Biznesu).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise actions to maximise ROI.
- Manage the full sales process and CRM reporting cycle.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in digital media, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong network of contacts within the digital industry (media agencies & direct clients).
- Proven experience in selling multi-channel campaigns (email, display, native, rich media, push, SMS/MMS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of both branding and performance marketing.
- Excellent negotiation skills and comfort working with sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical tools.
- Willingness to travel and attend digital industry events.

Required Skills

- Experience or strong knowledge of the Polish or CEE advertising market.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience developing media plans for agencies.
- Participation in international digital marketing events.
