Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks.
* Process customs documentation with official authorities.
* Communicate with internal and external clients by phone or email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
* Handle client calls providing information for customs clearance or answering questions regarding customs procedures.
* Liaise with other departments such as Billing and Operations to provide customers with a high‑quality service.
* Work as part of a team with colleagues at the site to achieve company objectives, ensuring the best possible service for worldwide shipments while complying with customs regulations.
* Be proactive and well organized, making a difference in the area.
