End to End Logistic works with community goods, LAME, DA, DDA, ADT and tax warehouses (the only ones at Campo de Gibraltar). You will develop new expertise through varied job experiences.
Essential Job Functions
- Track import and export processes on the international network.
- Deal with transport documentation by air, land and sea.
- Manage complete loads, groupsets, special transport, supply provisions, etc.
- Coordinate with customs agents and competent authorities.
- Compile data and prepare invoices for billing transactions.
- Coordinate physical counts of inventory, reconcile inventory variances, and post inventory transactions.
- Answer phone and communicate with appropriate personnel to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Requirements
- High level of English (essential).
- 2 years of experience in a customs department or shipping warehouse environment (preferred).
