As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and partnerships across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts in both Spanish- and English-speaking regions
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness
Provide regular reporting on KPIs, market trends, and performance to senior leadership
Contribute to the development and leadership of a growing sales team
Ideal Profile:
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tech or fintech sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools
Based in Spain (preferably Madrid) or open to remote work with availability for occasional client meetings
