What are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated Project Administrative Technician to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry.
The challenge!
Responsibilities:
* Management and creation of orders for international flows
* Supervision of order and billing flows (automatic and manual)
* Control and supervision of SAP R3 / SAP S4 master data for different flows
* Management of incidents in order flow and logistics shipments
* Control and dispatch of reports and logistics documentation
* Support for improvements and automation and digitalization projects
* Back office support to the Global Supply Chain area
What do you need?
* Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
* Experience (years/area): +3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Specific Knowledge: SAP RS/HANA. Excel.
* Personal skills: impact and influence, ability to maintain a positive work environment, strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time 40 hours).
