Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our central marketing function as part of our commercial excellence team. This senior individual contributor role is pivotal in strategically driving sales performance improvement across the organization by establishing and implementing commercial standard work via our CRM systems. You will be a key driver in defining and chioning best practices, optimizing complex processes, and leveraging advanced data analytics and digital tools to significantly elevate global sales effectiveness and achieve ambitious business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Analyze sales and marketing data across business units to identify opportunities for standard work implementation and performance uplift.
* Design and manage global sales performance reporting, including executive dashboards for business intelligence and proactive management.
* Define, chion, and refine global commercial standard work processes incorporating digital best practices.
* Drive digital sales capability adoption to enable standard work and deliver measurable sales improvement.
* Collaborate with central marketing and business unit sales teams to chion and support standard work adoption.
* Conduct external benchmarking and research on sales excellence standard work and digital enablement strategies.
* Contribute to the development of training and enablement programs for commercial standard work and digital tools.
* Measure and report on the impact of standard work initiatives and digital capability deployments on sales performance.
