The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for managing paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms like TikTok, to drive B2B growth. You will enhance our paid marketing team with your expertise in paid channels and your ability to think both analytically and creatively.How will you make an impact?Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner, focusing on Google Ads and paid social.Ensure the generation of high-volume, quality leads within budget and CPA goals.Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor for junior paid marketers.Forecast, set, and monitor channel budgets in collaboration with local marketers.Develop hypotheses for improving paid advertising and collaborate on testing.Regularly analyze campaign performance with stakeholders and recommend improvements.Support junior team members and assist with day-to-day tasks as needed.Proactively improve processes and workflows as the organization grows.Collaborate with the Global Head of Paid Marketing to document and enhance processes.Qualifications4+ years of experience managing paid search and social campaigns, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platforms is a plus.Familiarity with targeting strategies and automation, with a strong focus on ad optimization.Ability to brief creative teams effectively and film video ads is a bonus.Experience in lead generation, preferably in SaaS.Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills, with familiarity with online marketing tools.Experience with Smart Bidding and targeting CPA / CPL goals.Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Business-level English;
