We have a great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team in Arrecife .
Reporting to the Senior Duty Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for:
* The day-to-day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport.
* Leading the customer-facing teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer service .
* On-time performance and management of our safety-first culture .
Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
The successful candidate will be:
* A driven and motivated manager committed to the development of an operational team and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety.
* Have a proven track record of managing others in a fast-paced environment.
* Have knowledge of Ground Operations and airport processes.
* The ability to show flexibility and be forward-thinking in challenging operational situations.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
