We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base and open doors in new markets.
Responsibilities
* Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
* Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
* Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
* Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), and discovery.
* Build relationships with prospects and understand their needs and challenges.
* Schedule meetings and demos for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
* Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
* Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
* Self-starter with a positive attitude and hunger to learn.
* Comfortable with outreach and rejection – persistence is key.
* Fluent in [English / other required languages].
