Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for Spain and other European offices via remote supportManage IT managed service vendor for the Netherlands officeProvide remote IT support for US and LATAM offices during the first half of US morning hoursCollaborate with Singapore IT team on end-user support, IT infrastructure setup, system availability, security compliance, and standardizationManage and maintain IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, NAS, video conferencing (Teams/Zoom), VOIP phones, printers, and scannersProvide training on new software, systems, and IT best practices; support onboarding with IT orientationAssist in IT projects, security policies, system guidelines, and compliance processesParticipate in IT audits and help standardize setups and processes across officesSet up, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment for new employeesMaintain and update IT asset inventory and tagging of equipmentProvide audio-visual support for Teams meetings and townhallsEscalate and report IT incidents to Singapore or Central IT teams as neededManage physical card/facial door access and CCTV systems in the officePartner with business stakeholders and external vendors to implement IT policies, solutions, and service delivery
