As one of our valued Airport Representatives, you will play a vital role in greeting our customers on arrival and departure, delivering outstanding customer service, and guiding our customers to their transfer. You will work as part of a team with internal & external suppliers and take responsibility for resolving customer queries or issues using our in-house digital systems.

What will you do in the role?
Reporting to the Airport Team Leader, you will Work as One Team with internal & external stakeholders to deliver VIP industry leading Customer Service. You will receive comprehensive training to:
* Create Memories for customers by welcoming them to the airport with our renowned smiles.
* Take Responsibility by supporting flight disruptions, emergencies & customer escalations.
* Be the face of Jet2holidays at the airport to assist customers throughout their journey.
* Collaborate with transfer providers & customers inside the airport and in the coach park, supporting transfer operations.
* Provide essential holiday information to customers arriving for their Jet2holiday.
* Offer a friendly “have a lovely flight” farewell as customers depart.
What will I need?
You must hold full right-to-work documents for Spain and be living in the destination or willing to arrange your own accommodation.
Working hours vary each month, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekends. Rosters are provided 3-4 weeks in advance. As an Airport Representative, you should be prepared to spend long periods on your feet and work outdoors during summer. Flexibility to support during flight disruptions, emergencies & escalations is essential.
No prior experience is necessary, but you should be able to handle diverse customer situations, solve problems, maintain a positive attitude, and be IT confident to use our digital systems daily on a Tablet device.
