Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role involves locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee records across multiple regions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently in environments where records may be archived or difficult to access. Support may include reviewing both physical and digital employee files onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Locate and retrieve employee records from physical archives, off-site storage, and digital systems
* Review files for completeness and accuracy based on compliance guidelines
* Maintain logs and documentation to track progress and findings
* Report status updates, gaps, and issues to project leads
* Collaborate with regional HR teams and partners to resolve discrepancies
* Identify missing or hard-to-find documents and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
* Experience in HR administration, records management, or similar roles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills xqysrnh
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable handling confidential information in compliance with data privacy standards
* Familiarity with global HR processes is a plus
