The RoleWe are looking for a controller and operational Admin who is equal parts executor, problem-solver, and AI-native builder. You will be the operational core of the company — the person who makes sure things run, issues get resolved, partners perform, customers are delighted, and finances stay in order.
What You'll assist the CEO and the COO in the following:
OperationsDay-to-day operational management of our partner networkPrice negotiation with operational suppliersStock and product controlWarehouse forecasting and inventory planningIncident management and claims resolution
Carriers & LogisticsManage carrier relationships and delivery performanceNegotiate rates and service level agreementsResolve delivery incidents and claimsDrive continuous improvement in last-mile service quality
Customer & Florist ExperienceLead end-to-end customer experience improvementStrengthen and grow our local florist partner networkOnboard, develop and retain florist partners across our networkAct as the internal voice of both end customers and florist partners
Finance Control & AdminInvoice control and reconciliation across operationsCarrier billing management and claimsSupport the finance and procurement functionHR admin support: holidays, team perks, coworking reservationsDirect executive assistance to the CEO on day-to-day business needs
AI & Automation — A Core Part of the RoleWorking with our developer team to use AI tools, build and manage automations across all areas you ownIdentify repetitive or manual processes and replace them with smarter workflowsTools like Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar — or the willingness to learn them fastWe don't expect you to be an engineer. We expect you to be curious, resourceful, and hands-on
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiables1–3 years of relevant experience — In operations, business administration, logistics, or a similar hands-on role.Genuine interest in AI & automation — You've used AI tools in your work or you're actively learning. You see automation as an opportunity, not a threat.Operator mentality — You close loops. You follow up. You don't let things fall through the cracks.Fluent English — Written and spoken. Spanish is a strong plus.
The PersonYou are highly organized and detail-oriented — without losing sight of the bigger pictureYou're comfortable dealing with suppliers, carriers, and partners directlyYou move fast and finish things. Urgency is a default, not a modeYou're honest about what's working and what isn'tExperience in e-commerce, logistics or marketplace businesses is a plus
