Contributes to the HR Operations job family in a support capacity, with a focus on employee data organisation and the effective management of HR operational information. Plans and supports initiatives that impact HR Operations delivery, including coordination with vendors and accounting partners. Produces accurate outputs (such as documentation and analyses) within the assigned work area, meeting agreed quality and timing standards.

Key Responsibilities · Support the EMEA HR Operations team in delivering high-quality outputs through accurate employee data maintenance and a well-structured, controlled data framework. · Contribute to the day-to-day administration of HR operations data, including payroll- and benefits-related information, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely processing.

· Build and maintain effective working relationships within your team and the wider HR community, and other key stakeholders to ensure aligned data flows, clear ownership, and smooth cross-functional delivery in line with best-practice standards. · Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by continuously reviewing the effectiveness, robustness, and scalability of existing data frameworks and operational processes in a changing environment. · Maintain employee data across HR and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring data integrity and providing clear guidance to managers and stakeholders on correct data usage and maintenance.

· Manage invoice workflows to ensure appropriate governance, approvals, tracking, and timely, accurate payment processing. · Administer employee benefits data, ensuring accurate capture, validation, and reporting of information to support correct deductions and third-party reporting (e.g. pensions, medical, insurance providers). · Perform statutory and manual calculations as required, ensuring outputs are accurate, auditable, and aligned with defined processes and documentation standards.

Skills and Experience: · You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational environment. · You demonstrate a genuine interest in employee data organisation, data quality, and structured information management. · You enjoy working collaboratively within a team, including remote collaboration with colleagues across different regions. · You are detail-oriented and consistently deliver work with a high level of accuracy and quality. · You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a natural inclination to take initiative. · You communicate clearly and professionally and are able to address issues with a mature and solution-oriented mindset. · You are comfortable handling sensitive information and understand the importance of confidentiality and data protection. · You are able to organise, prioritise, and manage your own workload effectively. · You have a solid working knowledge of Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint is considered an asset. · Experience with Workday is an advantage. ·You have some experience in English and able to contribute to meetings held in English.
