Quest is seeking a high-energy, proactive team player to join the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team as a
Regional Channel Account Manager
covering the South region. This key role contributes to our sales and business development strategies by expanding and nurturing our partner network in EMEA.The success of Quest's partner ecosystem is vital. The Channel Account Manager will develop strategic partnerships with key regional partners, manage existing relationships, and identify new opportunities. The role involves engaging with partners' executive teams, defining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with regional sales teams to drive sales and field engagement.This individual must build strong internal relationships across our organization, including with the Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations teams, to ensure partner success.The Information Management Business Unit, part of Quest Software, is rapidly growing, offering solutions in AI, Data Management, Data Operations, and DevOps.The role requires coordination with the Quest Global Partner Ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities and will report to the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Director.The position is based in Spain, with a strong network and knowledge of the Iberian partner ecosystem being essential. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within a Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software company.Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new specialized partners to drive growth.Manage existing partners, develop growth strategies, and execute joint business plans.Ensure partners adhere to Quest’s partner program requirements.Build strategic relationships, develop GTM strategies, and identify partnership opportunities.Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close opportunities.Drive lead generation, manage partner leads, and develop joint business plans.Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and enablement activities.Establish regular executive interlock activities between Quest and partners.Meet or exceed sales targets and support regional partner activities.Minimum Requirements:
Proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships in the software industry.Experience in sales or consulting within Data & AI space.Minimum 10+ years working with partners and in strategic account sales.Strong understanding of Data & AI solutions and go-to-market planning.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business acumen skills.Master’s degree or equivalent;
fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications:
Existing relationships with Data & AI partner executives.MBA or EMBA preferred.Multilingual abilities are a plus.Why join Quest?
