About the Role
In this role, you will partner with business leaders across all verticals to multiply productivity and efficiency by 10x, delivering IT service management and designing department applications and enterprise productivity tools for a global organisation spanning the UK, South Africa, Spain, and beyond.
You’ll take proactive and creative ownership of IT application services provided to all of Redpin, ensuring our teams worldwide can operate at their very best.
What You’ll Do
* Consult with business leads to provide gap analysis and develop technical solutions for manual or inefficient processes.
* Proactively research and identify new application solutions tailored to business unit needs.
* Provide 3rd line support for all productivity and business applications.
* Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal or external teams (e.g. software developers, vendors, partners).
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
* Provide prompt, accurate feedback to internal customers.
* Document technical knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles and training manuals .
What You’ll Need
* 4+ years of experience in IT or Applications support .
* BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience in Unified Communications technologies (Voice, Messaging, Contact Center) and Collaboration & Communication tools — including Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration (Intune, Entra ID), Zoom Platform Management, Slack Workspace Knowledge, O365, Google Suite, and MacOS with Jamf Administration .
* Experience with key Business Applications (Salesforce/SFDC, Asana, ERP systems).
* Understanding of Network Administration .
* Good to have: Familiarity with ITIL process knowledge .
Bonus Points
* ITIL v4 certification.
* Additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies.
* Experience in the finance software or wider fintech industry.
