This innovative model accelerates professional growth through diverse exposure to multiple facets of Amazon Ads, while leveraging technology to enhance customer value delivery.Key job responsibilities Adapt is seeking an Sales Manager, Account Management to join our European team – This is a permanent position. The Manager III, Ad Sales Account Management leads a high‐performing team of strategic sellers who drive revenue growth across diverse business segments. This role requires orchestrating multiple concurrent sales motions while developing team capabilities to excel in ambiguous, fast‐paced environments.Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Build and scale a team of adaptable sellers who can rapidly deploy across verticals, ensuring consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue targets through effective coaching and performance management.Strategic Revenue Growth: Drive multi‐account portfolio strategy across the organization, identifying and closing complex revenue opportunities while implementing AI‐enhanced sales approaches and product diversification initiatives.Cross‐Functional Orchestration: Lead partnerships across internal stakeholders to deliver innovative customer solutions, creating scalable mechanisms and best practices that can be replicated across teams.Operational Excellence: Establish documentation standards, transition management protocols, and efficiency optimization frameworks that enable the team to balance short‐term wins with long‐term account strategy.Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains exceptional relationships, building trust quickly and demonstrating service‐oriented leadership while navigating complex, multi‐product solutions.About the team Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave (parental, medical) and unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled, hyper‐agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service, strategic partnership, and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps.Learn more about the Adapt team by hearing from our leaders here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzzMRk7LQCA .Qualifications Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and web‐based meeting applications.10+ years of B2B or digital media sales experience.3+ years experience managing sales teams.Experience in Audience Strategy, Retail Media, and Measurement Solutions.Multi lingual – English Required, German or Italian a plus.Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media.Experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development.Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment.Experience hiring and developing highly effective and diverse teams.Experience applying strong numerical and analytical abilities to develop product/program strategies and evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.AI enabled Sales Leadership.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
