Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Client Lead to develop customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
The Client Lead manages client interactions, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty. They possess sales expertise, excel in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. They plan strategically, set sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast future results. They generate leads, nurture relationships, and collaborate with project managers to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Offer value-added solutions to existing clients and lead consultancy sessions for future needs.
Lead negotiations and manage communication during presales and project execution.
Share sales strategies and digital transformation roadmaps with project managers.
Attend project demos, management meetings, and resolve client issues.
Negotiate scope changes and monitor project progress for budget and timeline adherence.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and conduct project retrospectives.
Write success stories and distribute satisfaction surveys.
Understand team members' skills and motivations, assist in team allocation, and communicate staffing needs.
Ensure project milestones are met and contribute to risk mitigation.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
At least 6 years in business/technology consulting.
Project management experience.
Experience with international projects.
High proficiency in English;
additional European languages are a plus.
