The Role
We're seeking a creative and technically-savvy Customer Education Lead to establish and grow Maisa AI's educational initiatives, including our Academy. In this role, you'll create transformative learning experiences that empower customers and partners to become skilled Digital Worker creators and operators. This is primarily an individual contributor role with the opportunity to shape our educational strategy from the ground up. As an AI-first organization, you'll leverage AI tools to create compelling educational content that helps organizations reimagine how work gets done with AI at the center. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of education specialists.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Partner Onboarding
2. Design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new clients and partners
3. Create customized onboarding journeys based on client / partner needs and use cases
4. Develop self-service onboarding resources and guided learning experiences
5. Coordinate with customer success and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions
6. Measure and optimize onboarding effectiveness through clear metrics
7. Training & Certification Programs
8. Design comprehensive curricula for different user roles and expertise levels, with specific focus on creating Digital Worker creators and operators
9. Develop hands-on training programs that emphasize practical skills and real-world application
10. Create revenue-generating certification programs with tiered offerings and pricing strategies
11. Develop certification standards and assessment methodologies for various skill levels
12. Create and maintain certification exams and practical evaluations
13. Establish certification renewal and continuing education requirements
14. Track certification metrics and measure program effectiveness and revenue impact
15. Educational Content Creation
16. Design and develop comprehensive educational materials for our Maisa Studio and agentic business process automation platform
17. Create engaging learning paths for technical and business audiences at different skill levels
18. Leverage AI tools to efficiently produce high-quality content across various formats
19. Develop detailed storyboards for video content and work with production AI resources & tools
20. Write clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation and tutorials
21. Ecosystem Development
22. Establish and grow Maisa's Academy as both an educational platform and revenue center
23. Build and nurture an active community of users, partners, and advocates
24. Create and maintain a dedicated training environment for hands-on learning experiences
25. Plan and execute educational events, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions
26. Develop a regular cadence of public and exclusive webinars to showcase platform capabilities
27. Organize and manage in-person training events and certification boot camps
28. Foster knowledge sharing and peer learning opportunities within the ecosystem
29. Track and report on Academy's revenue contribution and growth metrics
30. Storytelling & Communication
31. Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning materials
32. Develop compelling narratives around the value and applications of our technology
33. Create content that addresses the unique learning needs of different user personas
34. Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accuracy of educational content
35. Partner & Customer Enablement
36. Work with customer success and sales teams to identify educational needs
37. Develop targeted content to address common customer questions and challenges
38. Create resources that accelerate adoption and showcase platform capabilities
39. Measure the effectiveness of educational content in driving adoption and success
Required Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in technical education, instructional design, or content creation
* Exceptional writing skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
* Experience creating educational content for technical products or platforms
* Demonstrated storytelling ability across different formats and media
* Proficiency with AI content creation tools and willingness to use them extensively
* Experience designing and delivering hands-on technical training programs
* Ability to create detailed storyboards and scripts for video content
* Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
* Experience planning and executing educational webinars and events
* Knowledge of certification program development, preferably in technology fields
Desired Qualities
* Experience with AI, machine learning, or related technical domains like RPA
* Background in product marketing or technical documentation
* Knowledge of learning management systems and educational platforms
* Experience developing revenue-generating training or certification programs
* Familiarity with agile content development methodologies
